Mary Kay Thatcher has been providing farm policy insight for more than 30 years, so she knows what she is talking about when it comes to election outcomes, even if this one is unusual.
As Senior Manager of Federal Government and Industry Relations for Syngenta, Thatcher provided her perspective on the “churn of the election” during the company’s media summit today. She does expect the presidential outcome to drag on for a while, but during her presentation, Thatcher used the assumption of a Biden presidency for her outlook.
Here is the full presentation, which refers to slides and includes media questions at the end.
