Koch Ag & Energy Solutions and OCP Nutricrops S.A. have signed an agreement for Koch to invest in Jorf Fertilizers Company I, from OCP Nutricrops. Upon closing, the transaction will establish a 50/50 operating joint venture between Koch and OCP.

The American Seed Trade Association (ASTA) is pleased with action taken by the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) under the Section 301 forced labor investigation. USTR exempted planting seeds and other agricultural products from tariffs in 60 economies which will help ensure that U.S. seed companies can conduct necessary steps of seed production that cannot be relocated and remain economically competitive in a global industry.
