Latest ZimmCast From A Very Small Room At BCS In KC, MO

Chuck Zimmerman

In our ZimmCast this week I interview the three principals of BCS in Kansas City. Illinois Blasdel, Leigh Ann Cleaver and Kelly Schwalbe hosted an agency open house last week. I just wish I could have stayed for the whole party but that would have meant getting a hotel room and I had to get back home. You can look at the comments from my first post about the open house last week to find out how long the party actually lasted!

Who Owns This Bike?

Chuck Zimmerman

I know who owns it. He came to the Blasdell Cleaver Schwalbe open house astride this bad boy, strutting inside pulling off his biker’s gloves. I know you know him well. The first person to comment or email me with his identity will receive a “I’ve been blogged by AgriMarketing Pros” t-shirt. (We’ll identify him in a future post)

Blasdel Cleaver Schwalbe Communications that is. The trio hosted an open house today at their new offices in Kansas City. It was a long drive over but worth it for a great party. In fact the party’s still going on but I’m back home. I wouldn’t call them early in the morning. I think the office pace will be a little slow tomorrow.

Catching Up With Osborn & Barr

Chuck Zimmerman

Whew! Has the HR Department been busy in Clayton, MO or what? I’ve got to call this “catching up” because Tammy Donelson was kind enough to share these recent promotions and hires with me which I haven’t had from Osborn & Barr before. Like I said in a previous post, business is good!

It sure seems like the season for new staff. I think it’s a sign that business is good! If you can’t find a job in agricultural marketing give me a call or check in with NAMA because there’s a lot of them listed in the NAMA Job Network.
