The subject is “Nutrition: Who Is Shaping America’s Eating Habits?” The event will take place as part of the USDA Agricultural Outlook Forum on February 21, 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. EST.
The panel will address terms such as organic, conventional, locally grown, sustainably grown and natural as they relate to consumers making healthy food choices.
