The Brownfield party was a “good one.” I’ve been to quite a few and this one gets good marks. I went over thinking I’d just do a walk through and head back to the hotel. That’s not what happened. It’s tough to leave a good party.
Clyde Lear and his pink-shirted crew treated us very well. We got to listen to good music with the band, Crawfish, for one thing.
We did have a little excitement too. A tv crew chased people around sometime late and the buzz said they were taping an episode for Cheaters, which sounds like a sordid and distasteful sort of reality program.
