Innovar Ag SEA LLC has secured a perpetual, exclusive license from Innovar Ag LLC covering a defined international territory spanning Southeast Asia, China, Australia, New Zealand and Azerbaijan.

Innovar Ag technologies are focused on improving fertilizer performance, nutrient-use efficiency and the economic and environmental efficiency of crop nutrition. Through the new license, Innovar Ag SEA intends to expand the commercialization of existing technologies while developing manufacturing, distribution and customer relationships throughout the licensed territory, which includes Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Timor-Leste, the People’s Republic of China, New Zealand, Australia, Tasmania and Azerbaijan.

The agreement represents a major step in the continued international development of Innovar technologies and establishes Innovar Ag SEA LLC as the exclusive licensed platform for the covered Innovar Ag business throughout these markets.
