The Corporate Blogging Book

Chuck Zimmerman

The Corporate Blogging BookI have several books in progress right now and just when I start feeling guilty about not getting them finished I console myself with the fact that I’m doing the things that these authors are writing about. Do I read or do I do? I don’t know. I’m sure I’ll get through them all eventually.

AgWired Visitor Survey

Chuck Zimmerman

I know you probably don’t like surveys any more than I do but they are helpful and I’ve held off on this for a long time. In order for us to better know you I’ve created a very simple 12 question survey which will take you mere moments to complete. It’s very simple and fully self-explanatory and I will be eternally grateful to everyone who completes it.

Record Number of Visitors To AgWired

Chuck Zimmerman

I’ve had 3 meetings in 3 different cities today but that doesn’t mean you don’t get a post from me. It may be the only one you get from me today though since it’s late, we’re going into a holiday weekend and I’m just plain whupped.

Here’s the big news though.

In August AgWired had 10,368 unique visitors.

Yep. We broke the 10K mark and that’s a milestone. Our highest month before that was June with less than 7,000. So we must be doing something right.

I’m getting ready to head to Ft. Myers airport return home. Hopefully we’ll have power before I get back there!

Continental Nightmare

Chuck Zimmerman

You probably don’t want/need to hear about travel challenges, especially if you travel a lot but this is unusual in my experience. After getting to Oslo airport at about 9am for my 11:30am flight I got out to the gate in a reasonable time. We boarded around noon, already delayed. Right after the door shut and we were ready to …

My Very Unordinary Day

Chuck Zimmerman

Business is picking up for little old ZimmComm New Media. This means more road time and Cindy on the road too. In fact, we both drove to Kansas City separately yesterday to cover and work at a couple of events. Then I was going to drive to the home office while Cindy went on to Ames, IA for an event today. After she’d been gone several hours I realized I had put my keys in my equipment bag which I sent along with her to use. Bad mistake!

Signing The OI Flag

Chuck Zimmerman

Signing The OI FlagI just received this picture from Albert Renteria the founder of Operation Interdependence. He’s one of the the guys who drove a vehicle every mile of the recent Celebrate the Interstate cross country convoy I participated in. He drove this motor coach with the flag flying all the way across America. All of us in the convoy signed it and now he’s working on a plan for the flag.
