Here’s the latest announcements on the new Bunge leadership team.
That’s a lot of Soybeans
Here’s Kip and Dale (Kip Cullers and Dale Ludwig – l-r). I have to post this since Haley Wansing sent a picture and I’ve received about a half a dozen news releases on it. You see, Kip has a world record soybean production record. He farms in Purdy, MO. If you read this segment from MSA’s news release you can figure out where the other news releases came from.
GrainLink To Sell USDA Grain Stocks
Government owned grain stocks now have a new marketing spot on the web. Beginning yesterday you can visit GrainLink.com, although it looks like you’ll have to wait to next week to conduct a transaction.
Get The AgriEdge
The online world continues to grow. This time it’s Syngenta with another website. This one’s for their AgriEdge program.
Harvest Updates From Pioneer
Cyndi Young has been busy interviewing growers about their harvest progress.
“Listen to audio harvest reports and harvest progress updates from Pioneer agronomists in your local area and across the country.”
You’ll find them on the Pioneer website.
New Homestead Feeds Website
It looks like Hubbard Feeds has a new website.
Cattleman Blogger
It almost seems like today’s cattle producer needs to be part IT professional. I’m guessing that the beef from these animals will be traceable no matter what happens down the road.
ISU Vet Students Earn Scholarships
Here’s a couple of ISU students who got the win while playing in St. Paul.
New Grain Scale
As long as nobody wants to weigh me I’m okay. However, if you want a pure grain weighing product, here’s a new one. I imagine a lot of these are in use right now.
Global Forces Shaping Agriculture
The NAMA Agribusiness Forum is just around the corner (November 14-15) so I interviewed this year’s chairman, Jessica Lamker, Director of Member Development & Communications, CHS-Land O’Lakes Member Services.
