Draxxin – New From Pfizer Animal Health

Chuck Zimmerman

Draxxin Injectable SolutionI recently received the media kit for the Draxxin Injectable Solution annoucement from Pfizer Animal Health. Besides letting you know about it I thought I’d comment on the “kit.” I think it’s nice to receive a very easy to use and functional media kit like this. Basically it came with a nice explanatory cover letter from the agency (Rhea & Kaiser) and a CD which contains the news release, photos, logo, faq’s, research reports on the product, the label and contacts for more information. Very creatively done, excellent graphic work, the disk worked and was easy to use.

Energy Legislation Good News For Pioneer

Chuck Zimmerman

Pioneer Hi-BredI haven’t mentioned that President Bush signed the Energy bill into law earlier this week since you’ve probably seen it all over the news. However, it has a big impact on agribusiness and ultimately marketing for companies like Pioneer Hi-Bred. You know it means a lot to groups like the National Corn Growers Association, among many others but I haven’t seen many company releases until now. It’ll be interesting to see what happens with all this push for renewable fuel. Some are already predicting that we’ll see more production and use than the legislation mandates.
