You know I was a judge in the Pork BarbeQlossal once. I would like to make a living getting paid to eat and judge. It was in Indianapolis a few years back. We were cautioned about eating too much during the judging so we didn’t get too full. I paced myself and I was hungry enough at the end to sample all the leftovers too!
Maybe I’ll be invited to judge the Taste of Elegance someday? This just in from the National Pork Board.
