With all the different “facts” floating around in the media this last week or so the folks at the National Corn Growers Association decided to do something about it. They created a new website called Ethanolfacts.com. It’s just what it says it is, a clean easy-to-navigate site with facts in terms consumers can understand. We’ll see if consumers can find it now!

They are really into this ethanol conference thing with the recent Fuel Ethanol Workshop in Kansas City and one coming up in China later this year!

I picked up a card about ethanol-jobs.com at the recent Fuel Ethanol Workshop and have been meaning to post a notice about it. It’s a very nicely done website by the folks at BBI International that is exactly what it says it is – an online ethanol industry job bank for both those looking for a job or to hire someone. It’s very easy to use and I like the simple, clean design.
Renewable Fuels Discussed At Breakfast
Breakfast this morning in Columbia, MO was at the MFA Oil headquarters. The Columbia Chamber of Commerce has a Food For Thought Breakfast Series that features interesting topics and speakers. Today it was Michelle Kautz, National Ethanol Vehicle Coalition and Jon Kleiboeker, Missouri Soybean Association speaking about renewable fuels, ethanol and biodiesel.
