St. Louis-based company Novus International announced a couple of major acquisitions this week. Novus International, Inc. announced today that it has acquired IQF-ENAMEX and its sister company, Operadora ENAMEX, both based in Córdoba, Mexico from Grupo Porres and other shareholders.
