The latest Talking News Release from the Missouri Beef Industry Council alerts people to the activities planned at on the Capitol grounds next week.

WHERE’S THE BEEF?
AT THE STATE CAPITOL
ON MAY 3RD

(Columbia, MO) Both two-legged and four-legged members of the Missouri beef cattle industry will be on the South Lawn of the state capitol on Tuesday, May 3 to kick off May Beef Month with Beef Day at the Capitol. The Missouri Beef Industry Council (MBIC) has joined with several other industry groups, including the Missouri Cattlemen’s Association, to put on the fun and educational event, which is open to the public from 10 am until 1:30 pm.
