In our weekly program from the Missouri Beef Industry Council, I talked to Communications Director Dawn Thurnau about Beef Day at the Capitol. It takes place on Tuesday, May 3. Dawn describes all the activities the MBIC is involved in that day. She doesn’t mention it but you can also get your picture taken with Molly Moo! I’m looking forward to meeting her.
