While I was doing some media production training today we did another test of my Ustream.tv account and recorded the following video clip. One thing’s for sure, I need to get in some better light if this is going to work well. There’s something to keep in mind.

Alltech Opens Nutrigenomics Center
Today Alltech opened the first ever Nutrigenomics Center at its headquarters in Lexington, KY. This state of the art facility will be employing 80 researchers doing cutting edge research in nutrition and genomics. Nutrigenomics is the study of the relationship between diet and gene expression.
