There’s no way to write about all the festivals that take place around the country but how many send out releases on Business Wire? I had to let you know about them. Besides who wouldn’t want a bratwurst with some Snow Floss Kraut on it?

The Ohio Sauerkraut Festival committee reported that 13,000 pounds of Snow Floss Kraut will be delivered for Waynesville’s 36th annual festival scheduled for October 8 and 9th this year. Fifty-eight food booths run by twenty-nine non-profit organizations from Waynesville will offer a variety of specialty dishes for this year’s crowd, estimated to again reach over 250,000.

Some of my favorite festivals include the Labelle, FL, Swamp Cabbage Festival; Plant City, FL, Florida Strawberry Festival and the ever popular Crescent City, FL, Catfish Festival. There’s just so many festivals and so much good food. I’ll bet you have your favorites???
